The Charleston Aqua Park ropes course is America's first above-water floating ropes course, built on Trophy Lakes on Johns Island, South Carolina. Participants navigate three difficulty levels — beginner, intermediate, and advanced — crossing balance obstacles, hanging bridges, and swinging elements suspended directly above the water. Every route ends the same way: an overhead zipline that launches you into the lake. Sessions run 45 minutes and include a short safety briefing. Closed-toe shoes are required (Crocs work; water shoes can be purchased on-site for $12), life jackets are provided, and certified lifeguards are on duty. The course is open to ages 6 and up, participants must be at least 4 feet tall, and all participants must be proficient swimmers. Tickets start at $18 per person, with group rates from $16 for parties of 10 or more.

How It Works
Getting started is easy! Book your 45-minute session online (including safety briefing) and you're all set for an unforgettable water adventure.
Book Online
Choose your preferred session time and activity. Book at least a week ahead for the best rates!
Sign Waiver
Complete your waiver online before arriving. Invite other parents via link so they can sign for their kids.
Arrive & Play
Arrive at least 15 minutes early, check in at the front desk, grab your life jacket, and have fun!
Cancel 24+ hours before for 25% fee. All refunds to prepaid account.
