- Do not scrape content or use automated tools to create fake bookings or events.

Bookings and payments
Bookings are made through our partner WakeSys. The cancellation and refund policy shown at checkout and on our Safety Rules page applies. Weather-related credits are issued to your prepaid account; credit card refunds are not issued for weather.
Content and trademarks
Text, images, logos, and other content on this site are owned by Charleston Aqua Park or used with permission. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires written permission.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party platforms (booking, social media, waiver, maps). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided "as is." We aim to keep it accurate and available but make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
